If you missed a dose, or doses, during your Ramp-Up Kit (bottles 1, 2, and 3), please follow the guidance below:

Resume your normal dosage and move on to the next bottle once empty. |
| Second bottle | 5 days or less |
Continue to take your normal dosage. |
| Second bottle | 5 days or more |
Take a half dose for 7 days and resume as normal on day 8. |
| Third bottle | 5 days or less |
Continue to take your normal dosage. |
| Third bottle | 6 to 15 days |
First, take a half dose (1 pump per day) for 7 days. If the bottle is empty under 7 days, move to the next bottle and continue taking a half dose until you have taken a half dose for 7 days. After 7 days, return back to your normal dose (2 pumps per day) and move to the next bottle when your current bottle is empty. |
| Third bottle | 15 days or more | You’ll need to restart your Ramp-Up kit entirely. Please email support@mynectar.com so we can help you order a new kit. |
