If you are younger than 18, pregnant, or have had a severe anaphylactic reaction to your allergies in the past, you would not be eligible for treatment. Other conditions that prohibit the use of allergy immunotherapy drops include uncontrolled asthma, eosinophilic esophagitis, active heart disease, lung disease, or uncontrolled hypertension. If you are currently using systemic steroids, beta-blockers, or undergoing chemotherapy, you would also be excluded from this type of treatment. You can read more about treatment ineligibility here.
